shih tzu problems

My 7 years old shih-tzu is having problems with her back and back legs.

She do not want to play as much and has trouble walking, what could be wrong with her and how can i help her.

It's really impossible to say what's causing your dog's problems as there are many possibilities.

These include certain hereditary/genetic conditions, injury, progressive conditions such as arthritis, spinal/nerve problems and so on.

I can only suggest that you take your dog to your vet so that he can run some tests, most likely take an X-ray etc. That way the correct diagnosis can be made quickly and if there's any treatment needed it can be started.

If your dog isn't wanting to play and having some difficulty in walking, she's probably uncomfortable or in pain, it's best to get her some veterinary help soon.
