shih tzu puppy

hey my name is stephanie hurley and i got a shih tzu puppy he is 8 or 9 weeks old.

he goes out side to do his pee and poo but other times he goes out side and does nothing and comes inside and does it do u know what I can get for him or do for him.

Your puppy is still a baby and he really doesn't have much control over his bladder/bowels yet, he also doesn't know that outside is where he's supposed to do his business and that indoors is NOT.

It's up to you to show him and teach him what is expected. The easiest way to housebreak a puppy is to buy him a crate and crate train him.
