Given this puppy as it wasn't cared for properly.

Been great for 2 months. She must have eaten something as she has had diarrhea and vomiting but she was better for a week now, and has had clear thick stuff from her behind and seems not herself..

I'm afraid the only answer here is to get this puppy examined by a vet, and soon.

If she wasn't cared for properly to begin with, she may not have had all her puppy shots, or been given adequate protection against parasites, or could have been in contact with other dogs who were sick. The possibilities are many.

Only a vet can find out what's going on and help her to get better, so please get her the help she needs asap. Best of luck, hope she's doing much better soon.
