shitzu vomiting white substance and doesn't want to eat

i have a 3 months old shitzu.. he doesn't have the shots needed yet. he now had a cough and vomiting clear white substance 3 or 4 times a day.

we already visited a vet yesterday and he was given an antibiotic by a shot. vet also prescribed an antibiotic (cefalexine). now, he is not eating and always lying down sleeping.

please help

I'm afraid that there isn't anything I can do to help you here as only your veterinarian can diagnose the problem and get your pup the help he needs.

As he hasn't had his puppy shots there are a whole range of possible dog illnesses that he could be suffering from

If the medication doesn't help, or he gets worse, the only thing to do is to get him back to your veterinarian for further evaluation.
