sick puppie

my 3 week old puppy is having seizures shakes uncontrollably for about 10 seconds.. it cries alot and it has bubbly and sticky saliva coming out of the mouth.. what does that mean?

It means that your puppy is very sick I'm afraid and you need to get him/her to a veterinarian immediately.

It's impossible for me to say what is wrong with him because there are many possibilities, but a vet will be able to make an accurate diagnosis and then you may be able to help him get better.

Symptoms like this are serious, and whatever is causing them won't go away without professional intervention and help. Even if they are intermittent (ie come and go) there is an underlying problem that you need to diagnose and treat.
