My 4 month old cane corso puppy is trembling and lethargic, she is not out in public and around other dogs other than her sister and our rottie.

Shaking and lethargy are both possible signs of illness, and if your pup isn't fully vaccinated she could have picked up a contagious dog illness, even with limited exposure to the outdoors.

There's also a possibility that she's hurt herself in some way, has ingested something toxic, eaten something that's got lodged in her gut somewhere... or a host of other things.

I recommend that you have her examined by your vet right away, that way you will know what is going on and can get her any treatment she needs. It's always better to be safe than sorry, and your pup really needs a vet to give a hands-on check up.
