Skin and Hair concern for six weeks old pitt bull

My six weeks old puppies has patches of bumps on their stomach and is also missing hair all over is tiny patches what can i do.

They are acting healthy..

It sounds as though your pups may have Mange.

This is a skin condition caused by tiny mites, and Pitbulls are one of the breeds that are predisposed to it.

Of course, it could be that your pups have another type of skin problem, perhaps an infection or something else. But only your veterinarian can make a diagnosis, so I highly recommend that you have these little ones examined by your vet asap.
