skin/coat problems??

Is it normal for a 11 week old pit bull puppy to have bumps on both of her ears??

I'm not sure exactly what you mean by having 'bumps on her ears' - whether they're small like a rash, or bigger 'lumps', or whether they're inside or outside of her ear.

I'd really recommend that you have your vet take a look at your pup so that you can find out what these bumps are. It could be that she has a skin condition of some sort (perhaps Mange or canine allergies, an infection, insect bites.... there are many possibilities and I'm afraid I'm not a vet and can't diagnose a problem this way.

As long as your pup is eating, drinking and eliminating properly, it's probably not an emergency situation, but I would definitely recommend having your vet look at her soon.
