Hi Anna
It sounds as though your puppies have an upper respiratory tract infection, and although this isn't affecting them seriously now if it's left untreated it could turn into a more serious infection, even pneumonia, which can be deadly.
Sometimes discharge can be an early symptom of one of the contagious dog illnesses that puppies are susceptible to. But generally in that situation you will see other symptoms of illness such as vomiting, diarrhea and/or lethargy. As you're not seeing these in your pup chances are it's a simple infection. But I'm not a veterinarian so you need to rely on a hands-on professional exam for an accurate diagnosis.
I know that veterinarian visits can be expensive, but these puppies are your responsibility and they need some professional evaluation.
An office visit and some simply antibiotics are likely going to be enough to get them back on the road to good health and that shouldn't be terribly expensive.
The more quickly a condition is diagnosed and treated, the more successful the outcome and the less treatment is needed - therefore saving money in the long run.
Please have your puppies checked over by your veterinarian right away.
Best of luck, hope they're doing much better soon.
