Sneezing and runny nose in 10 month old pup

My 10 month Yorkie Frise is sneezing and has a runny nose but is also going off his food, should i take him to the vet?

He ate this morning but reluctantly but in the evenings he won't really touch his food. Also my 5mth old dao is sneezing too but vet saw him and he is fine just teething.

I'd definitely recommend getting your pup examined by your veterinarian as soon as possible. If he's fully vaccinated then hopefully this won't be a symptom of one of the more serious contagious dog illnesses that unvaccinated puppies are at risk of contracting.

Puppies don't really get 'colds' the way people do, and allergies usually affect their skin rather than their respiratory system, so you need to find out what's causing the sneezing and runny nose. If left untreated this could develop into something more serious, so have him checked out asap.
