Sore on Puppy's stomach

My runt of the litter has a large sore on the side of her stomach and two small ones on her stomach. Should I be concerned?

Yes, you need to have a veterinarian examine this puppy, as you need to find out what's causing these 'sores' and whether or not they're infected.

The 'runt' puppy is often smaller, weaker and sometimes more prone to getting sick, or already has health issues.
