Staffy puppy with bumps all over him, lethargic and lifting up front paw

My 4mth old staffy has lumps on his body and he is very sleepy and holding his front paw up when he tries to walk.

I'm not sure what to do?

That's an odd mixture of symptoms, but I definitely think he needs to be seen by a vet just as soon as possible.

The lumps could be due to an allergic reaction, of an immune type problem, or (if he also has patchy hair-loss) it could be mange.

The lethargy is a common symptom, but it's seen in so many different illnesses and conditions that it's impossible for me to say what's causing it.

The front paw problem, could be an injury perhaps and it may have become infected and painful, or it could be a joint/bone problem.

I'm afraid that only your vet can make an accurate diagnosis by examining your pup, so please have him seen just as soon as you can. He definitely needs veterinary help.
