Stinky Shitzu puppy

I have 2 shitzu puppies that will be 1 on saturday. My boy dog is always clean & don't smell at all. My girl puppy is always dirty looking & stinks really bad!

I groom them all the time & give baths in between. I don't know what to do & it really bothers me. I have serious problems with the way things smell & I even throw up due to her smell. Please help me!!!

As you're grooming and bathing both puppies the same way and only your little girl has an odor, then I would guess there's a physical problem of some sort.

There are all sorts of skin conditions that dogs can be prone to, and allergies or a yeast infection for example could cause odors. I really strongly recommend that you take your female pup to your veterinarian and explain the problem. He/she should be able to determine if there's a skin condition or some other physical issue that's causing her to smell so bad.

This isn't normal and bathing isn't helping so you need a professional hands-on opinion. The sooner the better so that you both feel better.
