Hi Georgia
I've no idea how long this has been going on, or whether your pup is showing other signs of illness, but I'm afraid that repeated puppy vomiting is usually a sign of dog illness of some sort.
If she's had all her puppy shots, then chances are it's not one of the major contagious diseases. However, it could still be serious, and dangerous for her. A dog that is vomiting repeatedly and unable to keep water down can get dehydrated very, very quickly. This alone can cause serious health problems.
If she will drink water, try adding a little pedialyte or Gatorade to her water, it helps to replace the minerals lost by vomiting. If she's drinking okay and can keep it down, and seems happy and active apart from the vomiting, she may simply have eaten something she shouldn't, and you can give her a little PeptoBismol to help settle her tummy. If the symptoms stop within 12 hours, then she should be okay.
HOWEVER if she can't keep water down, continues to vomit, has puppy diarrhea, seems tired, lethargic or looks as though she feels unwell, then you NEED to get her to a vet asap. Pups can get very sick, very fast and if she's ill she needs help.
Generally a vet visit isn't terribly expensive, and the sooner you diagnose and treat something the quicker the recovery, and the lower the cost of treatment. If she's sick then she's relying on you to help her, so don't let her down.
I wish you the best of luck and hope your pup is doing much better soon.
