Violent sneezing and congestion in puppy

My shitzu's nose was injured yesterday.

immediately he started violently sneezing to the point of hitting his head on the ground. he has continued to do this today as well.

i don't know if the nasal cavity is swollen and he can breathe well? is that possible?

You need to get this little guy to the veterinarian right away.

Dogs noses are very sensitive, and if he's been sneezing almost constantly since he was injured, it could be serious. His nasal passages may very well be swollen, or worse. He should still be able to breathe through his mouth, but is at best very uncomfortable and probably in pain.

I'm afraid that I'm not a vet and can't give advice on this except to say that you need your pup to get a professional evaluation from your vet immediately.
