what's wrong with my dobie

My 10 month old dobie (male) looks like he is pregnant, fat belly and looks up (neck up high) when he is trying to breathe. what is wrong to late to call vet. His nose is dry. looks sleepy.

It sounds to me as though your dog may be suffering from canine bloat. This is when the stomach gets 'twisted' and it can be fatal if not treated quickly.
