what's wrong with my dog?

She isn't being her normal loving self, she's tired she cried when i tried to pick her up and her head is swaying back and forth as if she can't hold it up.

I know there is something wrong with her - she is totally out of character and her behavior is strange.

I'm afraid you need to get your dog to a veterinarian or to a 24 hour emergency pet hospital asap.

The symptoms you describe indicate that she's really unwell, it could be an injury, an infection, an illness.... impossible for me to tell I'm afraid. But I can tell that she needs professional help.

Please get her examined by a vet right away, her life could depend on it.
