Well, I can't say for sure I'm afraid, only your vet can do that after examining your pup. But I would guess that he may be seriously constipated, or have hemorrhoids.

However, as I said, that's really only a guess and you need to take your pup to your vet to find out why this is happening. He is probably uncomfortable, and may even be in pain, so please take him soon.
