what's wrong with my puppy?

he won't eat, everytime he does he pukes it back up and foam is coming out of his mouth.

he won't stand up all he does is sleep and lays down and he hasn't had dog food in a while?

From what you describe it's abundantly clear that this little pup is in serious trouble, and I believe that he will probably die without veterinary help.

He may well already be dangerously dehydrated, and I'd guess that he has contracted one of the more common, contagious dog illnesses, perhaps even Parvo.

I can only STRONGLY recommend that you get him to your veterinarian as soon as possible because he needs professional help now. He's relying on you to take care of him, so please don't let him down.
