Who am I?

This is my Puppy...Lulu

I love to play, I love to chew
Even on your favorite shoe;
My favorite playmate is a cat
For I love it when they scat;
I sleep at the foot, of your bed
And not up on, or beside your head;
My long tail loves to wag
And if my tail is short, then in a zig-zag;
Who am I, oh can't you see
For I am not a wet guppy;
Also know, as dog to be
I am a devoted, loving puppy.
