why does my 9 weeks old pitbull puppy have a big stomach

I have a bluenose pitbull who has a big bloated stomach.

i feed him every day at least 15 minutes every other four hours then give him water then put him outside to let him poop an pee i don't want my puppy to die.

does any body know why he have a big bloated stomach?

If the bloating is only noticeable right after he's eaten, or been drinking, then it's probably just because he's eating/drinking a lot, or too quickly.

But if his stomach is big and seems bloated all the time, the most likely cause is a case of puppy worms. Most pups have worms to begin with and your vet needs to treat him for this when he gets his puppy vaccinations.
