worming a puppy

i have accidentally given my 9 week old puppy a worming tablet meant for a larger adult dog, will she be ok?

This is a question for a veterinarian, and I'd recommend that you call your vet and let them know what medication you gave your pup, and what dosage. He/she will be able to tell you what to do next.

Over the counter deworming medications aren't very effective and can tend to have unwanted side effects, so it's always better to have your own vet treat your pup for puppy worms, rather than do it yourself at home.
