Hi Kayla
I know how worrying it is when your puppy is sick, and I'm sorry to hear your little girl isn't feeling well.
Puppy vomiting can be caused by any number of things, and if it's due to infection or illness it can be very serious indeed.
However, puppies also tend to eat all sorts of stuff they shouldn't, and quite often that's what's behind an episode of vomiting and/or puppy diarrhea.
If your pup hasn't been sick in the last 24 hours, is drinking water and eating a little food, and isn't experiencing repeated diarrhea, then I don't think you need to panic right now. You can probably give her another 24 hours and see if she is back to normal by then. Chances are this is just a 'dietary indiscretion' that has caused the problem.
BUT... if she isn't drinking water, is still vomiting or having diarrhea, and refuses to move around or play at all, then she needs veterinary help right away as she could be really sick.
If she isn't significantly better, and hopefully back to normal, within 48 hours of the first vomiting (or she seems to be getting worse rather than better), get her to a vet immediately. It's always better (and cheaper) to treat something early than wait until it's become serious, so if you're in any doubt have your vet examine her. I know how expensive veterinary care is, but if your pup gets sick she will need professional help.
I wish you the best of luck and hope that she's doing much better soon.
